Refund Policy

The Torch Academy is an experiential learning model, our refund policy will be strictly adhered to.

Students of the Torch Academy learn and achieve by participation, nothing is done to the student, the student accomplishes for him or herself. This is only possible by participating in the exercises, games and processes. A student who does not participate might still gain value; however, like most things in life, they get out of it what they put in to it.

The Torch Academy is designed to be a powerful tool that will support the student in making the most positive choices in all aspects of their life.

If a student should decide to withdraw from the Torch Academy, the refund policy works as follows:

If a student drops during the first two weekends, they can receive a maximum refund of $495.00 of the total registration
for a single registration of $795.00 or $375.00 for a partnered registration of $600.00

If a student completes the entire program* and still wants a refund based on their perceived value, the following applies:
We will refund all but one hundred dollars of the entire registration!

*The entire program includes: the first weekend, second weekend, Outdoor Adventure/ Ropes event, 2-3 coaching calls each week of the leadership portion, and the complete graduation process.

That simply means that if the student is not satisfied after completing the entire program, he or she can get the maximum refund available to them. If they should withdraw sooner, they get less of a refund.
